Composite Bifold doors – These bifold doors are relatively new within the industry and use a mixture of materials. This attempts to use the benefits of each material, for example - The outer part of the bifold would be made in aluminium using its strength and reliability. The inner part manufactured in UPVC taken advantage of its high energy efficiency. The average cost per door leaf is between £1250 - £1550 (maximum door width 1000mm)
Timber Bifold doors – These doors can be surprisingly competitively priced and offer a contemporary look to any property or extension. However, you will need to take into consideration the yearly maintenance cost associated with these bifold doors. The average cost per door leaf is between £1200-£1400 (maximum door width 1000mm)
